Getting frustrated and exploding
Being abusive to your family
Feeling angry with the people you care most about
Using violence in the home
Feeling overwhelmed or confused
The effect your behaviour is having on your children and those around you.

Services for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Men
Indigenous men who use or are at risk of using family violence can access the Healing Service at the
Victorian Aboriginal Health Service. The Healing Service provides access to services and programs that can assist men to recognise and address issues and actions that bring hurt and harm to their families and loved ones.
