Contribute to MARAM Legislative Review 

The Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor (FVRIM) has been appointed to independently review Parts 5A and 11 of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 (Vic) in 2022. These provisions provide the legal basis for the Family Violence Information Sharing (FVISS) and the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Management (MARAM) Framework.

Submissions are now being called for from organisations and individuals impacted by these provisions. Find out more. The closing date for feedback is Monday 22 August 2022. 

The final report and recommendations will be provided to the Minister for the Prevention of Family Violence in May 2023 and tabled in Parliament by August 2023.
