Farewell to Ada Conroy

Ada Conroy, Workforce Development Coordinator is leaving her role with the NIFVS team at WHIN after 10 years, although she will still be running the Resisting Collusion with Men who use Family Violence training as a sessional trainer.

Ada’s contribution to workforce development in the NMR and beyond has been phenomenal. She is a highly skilled and respected trainer, who has combined her experience in responding to victim survivors and as a MBCP facilitator to design and deliver training, facilitate communities of practice, run forums and webinars, manage a team of sessional trainers, develop resources and provide consultation on effective family violence response to organisations.

Ada’s warm approach, expert knowledge and commitment to collaboration has enabled her to build capacity and relationships across the sector.

We wish Ada all the very best for her future endeavours and know she will continue to make a significant contribution to the family violence sector.
