Improving Cross-Cultural Practice

Using an interactive format, this webinar will provide practical strategies and resources for supporting CALD victims/survivors of family violence and sexual assault. Participants will be specifically guided on how to use 1800RESPECT’s resources for working cross-culturally in their daily work. The webinar will discuss methods for enhancing cross-cultural service delivery at both the organisational and individual level. Importantly, it will provide participants with the opportunity to undertake cross-cultural reflective practice where they can explore their current capabilities for working cross culturally and how these can be enhanced in the future.
