The Leadership Intensives are designed to assist in developing practical leadership and change management skills. The co-design model modifies each course to suit the needs and concerns of the participants so they will be able to confidently tackle the issues they and their organisation face.

Past topics have included: influential leadership; business and funding models for the new environment; building person-centred services; connecting with government and strategic communications. Inspiring speakers from government, academia and the social service sector have included former Victoria Police Commissioner Christine Nixon and Co-founder of the Safe Schools Coalition Victoria, Roz Ward.
