Tim Cartwright, Victoria’s inaugural Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor, will resign in August 2019, after three years in the role. The position of Monitor has been important in ensuring the full implementation of the family violence reform package following the Royal Commission into Family Violence.
The Government will start the process of recruiting a replacement for the Implementation Monitor, with his successor to be in place ahead of his departure.
We commend Tim for his strong, ongoing commitment to delivering better outcomes for victim survivors.
