In early June 2018, the Luke Batty Foundation closed and distributed its funds with approximately $515,000 going towards ANROWS projects. The money will used to:
- Examine the relationship between gambling and domestic violence
- Conduct workshops and national forums on survivor voices with survivors, researchers, practitioners and advocates
- Pilot an early intervention project for mothers and infants leaving domestic violence in Victoria
- Pilot a psychotherapy project which will include research and practice interventions into how mothers and children can be reconnected after domestic violence.
The physical assets of the Foundations (phones, laptops etc.) will be distributed to Elizabeth Morgan House.
