From 19 April 2021, significant new sectors will be prescribed under the next phase of MARAM and Information Sharing including education, health, disability and aged care. This will prescribe an additional 370,000 workers and 7,500 organisations to MARAM, and the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) across Victoria.

The Victorian government is developing a range of supports, such as toolkits, online briefings and workshops to support the implementation of Phase Two of the reforms.

Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), formerly DHHS are also planning a range of eLearning packages to support alignment, including an Introduction to Family Violence; MARAM Brief and Intermediate Responsibilities; and MARAM Screening and Identification Responsibilities.
