Now in its fourth year, Victoria Against Violence, which coincides with the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence campaign, calls on all Victorians to commit to actions that change the culture that drives family violence.
Organisations can join in the social media campaign and/or put up the posters around offices or schools.
Inspired by the penalty system in soccer, the #OrangeCard is a simple and non-confrontational way for everyone to speak up, speak out and help put an end family violence. The idea is that when someone witnesses someone being disrespected on or offline, they call it out with the #OrangeCard.
