Lunch and Learn: A Gendered Lens on Homelessness and Family Violence

NIFVS Lunch & Learn events will continue to be delivered as free sessions throughout 2026 to strengthen the practice skills and confidence of professionals to safely and effectively respond to family violence.
We are pleased to announce that the first Lunch & Learn for 2026, A gendered lens on homelessness and family violence, will be delivered by Tanya Corrie, CEO at Juno. Tanya will speak to Juno’s homelessness and family violence case management response and the EMPower Program, a coaching model based on economic mobility and long-term-goals.
Tanya will also speak about two of Juno’s key projects: the Housing Safety Project and their Lived Experience Advisory Group.
Following a presentation, participants will have the opportunity engage in a Q&A.
