InTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence

Statewide specialist family violence service that works with multicultural women, their families and their communities. Services include:

• case management
• culturally appropriate family violence support
• emotional support
• advice and information
• safety planning
• referral to appropriate services
• assistance with immigration issues (family violence provision)
• court support
• assistance with children, including custody and access
• advocacy and liaison on behalf of clients
• referrals to other services
• Secondary consultation/specialist advice
• Complex Case Support (intensive case management)
• legal assistance (limited)
• individual counselling (limited)
• women’s and children’s therapeutic groups
• building skills to strengthen women’s economic independence.
